These are small pottery that are traditionally crafted in Tochigi Prefecture. Koisagoyaki are from the beginning of Takao period (1830), and Mito Sonoto Tokugawa Seo (Rika) discovered this raw pottery material, and it has been used as a raw material for Mito Corporation ever since.
